Gilger Contractors has been invited to bid on the Margaret Bamberger Research and Education Center in Johnson City, Texas.  The scope of work includes misc site work and a ground up research building approximately 3,663 sf. The project consists of Earthwork, misc Grading, Site Utilities, Landscaping, Site Paving, Erosion Controls, Concrete, Masonry & Stone, Misc Metals and Steel Fabrications, Wood Framing, Carpentry, Waterproofing, Insulation, Roofing, Doors, Windows, Misc Specialties, Mechanical, Plumbing and Electrical and Fire Alarm.  New construction is scheduled to commence early next year.

This project is TAX EXEMPT.
